Overview
Raidwise is designed as an offline-first companion. The core app does not require an account and does not sell personal data.
Data We Process
The app stores quest progress, cached game data, and local preferences on your device.
Anonymous Analytics
Raidwise may send privacy-light usage events to Supabase so we can understand whether core features are working and prioritize fixes. These events can include a random app install identifier, a per-launch session identifier, event name, timestamp, app version, build number, platform, operating system version, locale, region, and limited event properties.
We do not use advertising identifiers, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not link these analytics events to your name, email address, account, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Data Refresh
The app may request public JSON content files from Supabase Storage and our fallback CDN to keep items, quests, maps, and marker data current. Those requests may create standard server logs, such as IP address, request path, user agent, and timestamp, used for security and reliability.
Processors
We use Supabase to host public content files and process anonymous analytics events. Supabase may process technical request data to provide hosting, security, and reliability services.
Support
If you contact support, we use the information you send to answer your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in support messages.
Children
Raidwise is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
